That's good @Eve7  I've started counseling again and trying a different medication.

Yes, the weather is really great in Qld @Former-Member .I’ m glad you’ve found a counsellor and new meds sound good. I’m happy with my meds now but it’s taken a while to get them sorted.

Work is ok. I’m going on a recruitment panel in a couple of weeks so I hope I can hold it together for that.

I haven't been able to work because of cptsd. So frustrating really. I used to do counselling plus other jobs. Now I need to do it for myself.

Can't help myself, yet I can help others. Although I'm not so great supporting others on here. @Eve7  

Are you living on your own now? Or do you still have family with you?

I have S1 and his kids with me @Former-Member for the school holidays.

I often find it easier to help others than to help myself . I think a lot of us are like that.

Hi @Eve7 Sorry I haven't messaged until now.  In regards to your question the other day, my daughter lives with me. Our relationship has deteriorated. I try not to think about it, it's too sad. 
That's great you have your grandkids and son with you.
