Having a hard time

Re: Having a hard time

@Zoe7 - I have already that didn't help, I got teddy and blankie, am dissociating, I'm sorry 😭😭

Re: Having a hard time

This may seem a out of the box suggestion but could you set up Teddy on the blanket and read to him @Fluttershy1 It allows you to focus on one thing whilst putting your own thoughts aside and being in the moment.

Thanks Charlie Smiley Very Happy What do you like to do?   @Fluttershy1

Re: Having a hard time

@Zoe7 - watch Disney & listen to music & cuddle with teddy🐣🧸

Re: Having a hard time

Cuddling is nice Charlie. I have 3 fur babies that give me lots of cuddles. 😺🐶😺

It would be nice to write your host a card and tell her how important she is - something she can hold onto and feel some love from. Could you make her a card?

Re: Having a hard time

@Zoe7 - yeah yeah me could, host is really creative.🐣🧸

we are collecting sea glass to make a wind chime like this🐣🧸 A961167C-9416-4B54-901B-4C9B2209D7BC.png

Re: Having a hard time

That is awesome to hear Charlie. Creativity is a great distraction and would be lovely for your host too. I am looking forward to seeing the image - it sounds like a wonderful idea - wind chimes can be very soothing but to be able to make your own would be very satisfying also. @Fluttershy1
