today is like a rollercoaster, I don’t know what I want or need it’s getting overwhelming and I don’t know what is triggering it. 

had a psychiatrist review with my community team and they made the situation worse because they weren’t listening or understanding me and kept on asking about things I didn’t want to talk about….
