@TAB early morning walks are nice, it's usually nice and quiet. Hope you can clear a spot to do some stretching for it your back. Good luck with the doctors appointment tomorrow.

I have to deal with someone I'd much rather not have to face. But that's a whole story in itself. Just hoping that time goes quickly and without incident. Other than that I have to go to the shops at some point and do a bit more cleaning, not that there's much more to do.

well found spot for back stretch @Gremlin24  after clearing another one ha ha , this one was better. had to be verry careful after as probs overdid it. also realised stop watch  button on watch is broken. doubt its worth fixing, dunno, may ask at jewellers in can find one lol. took otc pain meds for back. might have hot shower as well. Paying bills now @Meowmy

@TAB glad you found a spot, take it easy with yourself. Hopefully watch button can be fixed if you can find a jewellers to fix it. Hot shower will hopefully help with any pain. Hope you have a good rest of the day 😊

been years since I got a watch battery changed , but was cheap @Gremlin24  should be similar for button, its just he plastic cover thats worn through. it would work if stuck something in the hole ha ha. very common watch a Gshock mudman so should be easy fix y'd think  Thanks and thanks. hope your day goes okay as well 😊

I'm trying to drag myself out of bed, not quite sure if I'm ready to face the day just yet 😂.
