Have a phone appointment later this morning with DES to talk about how job is going

Midday I see my psychiatrist

3pm I have a phone consult with my psychologist!

So nothing too bad, but yeah 🙂

I went back to SA fm perf after got inheritance. landed a 2br double brick 1956 houso house in quiet dead end st with 1000m ^2 block

is 20 mins drive fm regional ctr w hosp, kfc, maccas, etc  in town that pretty much is closed at 6pm lol, no one on streets til walkers nxt morning lol

I got 2 x 25m ish pines cut down, put insulation in ceiling, good ceiling fans and another split and pot belly wood heater anyway, cost me $142k nearly 2 years ago now real estate site claims could get $180k for it now, but thats not going to buy me anything. 

roof hasnt come off in storms yet. climate not ideal, but compromise w price

Had a few things frozen/burnt/cut out over the years...luckily nothing too exciting yet!

Its a she and poss 10 years younger than , but not aged well. she seems to be picking up the ball when needed. Guess I get better response when less whinging and arguing from me  ah ha ha
