Life has a way of hardening people doesn't it @TAB but if you sensed she was nice and had concern for you then that is what you need hopefully. I know youre still left wondering how the procedure will go and being right before xmas. I had a younger woman in her 20's had only been practicing a few years but she knew what she was doing and was in control at all times and with a lovely compassionate gaze behind her mask. The younger generation coming through in these professions is so lovely to see!
