looks like worst case ie 18k @StuF  already paid $3k for lawyers , say double that maybe that makes $12k. makes it worth it $40k be better tho lol

I bought some prune juice to try and be healthy @Meowmy  then knocked shopping bag over, went all over floor had just cleaned this morning lol so had to do again ha ha .

Guy at bottlo in bigtown broke a bottle as putting it in box so had to give me another one lol

well , had to bide my time til all siblings had opted out else could have been a disaster @StuF  lol

anyway they shafted me on my inheritance so yeah.. brother who whined about mortgages when i was trying to get say 3-5k out of each of their 3shares so could have got bit better house/in better climate hmm  yeah so he said he got huge pergola /outodoor deck  with guess some of his share. very necessary. prob paid $60k for it lol all plastic but big
