trip to cenno was painful and might end up getting somewhere eventually .But not today. they gave a me a number to ring.  and an appt w them next week.they questioned everything I said after asking me stupid questions. why are you here ? why dont you ask DES ?  how many hours does this course take a week ?( how should I know, then they picked on my answer etc etc )

ok  just got off the phone from dept of employment.

sounds like i'm onto something.

The course is on a priority list and is govt subsidised, which where 2 big have -to's apparently.

I just need to get a tad more info from course provider, go to cenno appt monday.

..then .. I have options..

suggested next step is ask to see local manager at DES provider  and state my (updated) case to them.

or.. ring other providers , but can tell them want this as my obligation or will not transfer to you lol ( apparently you can do that)

Anyway .. realised on way home that last job plan was like 2 job appts a ftnight so what is it that I am really trying to get out of lol

oh, i got an email fm lawyers today @StuF @Meowmy @Meowmy  someone has made an offer (low)on deceased aunts unit which looks like going through soon, (bulk of estate)

that just leaves the Public Executor going thru my f lawyer cousins dodgy claims for EU67k in fees for doing nothing basically. ie she was trying to make sure she got her inheritance in front of anyone else as she was close to aunt, but tough cookies kids.

Evil @ Tab is on the case .. so am still in the running for around forty k aud once that is sorted lol

if by some miracle (for cousin) all her expenses get approved  am looking at 18grand minus final lawyers bills here so 12 gr minus wat already paid

However, on hearing public executor was on the trail, cousin hired a lawyer herself .. so... think might be closer to 40 than 18 gross with my lawyers fees lol phew ..
