Re: Tabalugas

Good afternoon

@StuF you have a very bust day today so hope it all goes well and then start to have a lovely day for the start of your holidays

@TAB hope it all goes well when you visit your brother, both mine are in Sydney and never see them, my older one I message him but my younger one is not very nice and I think when my mum goes, I will never see them again.

@Former-Member I should try and go for a walk every day,  I normally do when I'm with someone but still unable to go out on my own even just around my street anxiety gets in the way. It's good that you enjoy doing those things.

@Oaktree hope you're having a lovely day out.

Completed my Xmas food shopping this morning, didn't have much once they took the first place full f/n payment rent out but at least now I know what I will get and work out a budget after the New Year will see a financial councilor to see if maybe they can help with some bills.

Wishing  @Bill16 @Glisten  @Meowmy @StanD @Bunniekins @Shaz51 and everyone a lovely peaceful day

Re: Tabalugas

Some folk can get agoraphobia going around neighborhoods @saturnzoon. I reckon get your support worker in on you getting some exercise like a gentle walk being accompanied by them. This may be the best option. I have enjoyed increased feelings of wellbeing just trying to staying physically fit. I have seen disabled people around going for walks possibly funded by NDIS I suspect.
