Slow start here. was going to big town, not really feeling it , dunno. guess once it's done its done.

Rang brother last night , am going there after all now. booked motel in Hay for trip over. Get there 2nd Jan. will miss one niece. See how it goes . I couldnt follow the comings and goings. He said 2nd for whatever reason, so I said yes

@TAB well thats something I guess re: your brother. You get to see him again. Might turn out to be a nice break away from home.  Xmas brings up lots of turbulence.  You can ring in the New Year on a high note.

Good morning @Meowmy went exercising on my chi machine this morning. Its great for calming the parasympathetic nervous system plus its the equivalent of walking miles on end.  It gets the energy flowing around my body. Got to also go for another W.A.L.K. this afternoon. Still walking - you keep me motivated. May squeeze in some yoga have been a bit slack here not regulating my routine

Hey guys,

Taking hubby on an outing today. Spending the day at Rottnest. Lots of history and quokka’s. Should be a good day. He has lived in WA 39 years and never been to Rottnest. I booked the ferry a month ago. Gonna be a hot day today though. Should be a bit cooler on the island.

I'm going all out- blood tests and haircut this morning, psychiatrist this afternoon! I know, I should pace myself, but I'm living on the edge! lol
