@TABs i understand re cat talk. i still have Diggers medications in the fridge and cannot bare to put them in the bin... i have donated all his feed and towels etc to a vet but something about the meds perhaps because they are small i dont feel the need right now to dispose of them. i am sorry about your cat TABs.

yeah but 60 times ?? @Meowmy anyway i did bench press only 10 kg each side same for bent over rows, same for squats, 5kg dumbell biceps 10kg plate triceps 5kg dumbells shoulders , used to do more than double of all of them ha ha ha lol did like 20 crunches and 7 leg raises , hurt back every time. will go away. used to do 120 crunches and sets of 10 leg raises lol
