@Former-Member @Bow @Shaz51 @Adge @NatureLover
Well that was annoying re yoga class @Adge ! I hope it was a real emergency and not just that she slept in or something. I guess you will find out next time if you go?
Hi guys, just sitting at the food court again taking respite from the heat. Gotta go buy some cheese for my trip tomorrow soon. Wanted to buy it down south but the support worker said they won’t want to stop as it’s a long day. Just take ice bricks and an insulated bag instead. My roommate I am sharing with enjoys cheese and crackers with fruit each evening. I bought some crackers from Coles on special. I will leave it to her to get the fruit (we share a chalet but have separate rooms)

i love soft cheeses but unfortunately they don’t really love me anywhere near as much! 🤭
Otherwise I could cut chunks of cheddar and eat it melted in the microwave all day…instead of sweets, I would come home from school and cut a chunk of it, pop it into a bowl, melt it, and eat it pulled into strings using a fork, winding it like spaghetti when I was little ☺️🌺

That sounds lovely @Shaz51 😍🌺
It’s just started to rain here..lots of thunder, but so far only a few drops here and there 🙂
I’m ok thanks - catching up on emails/tasks I didn’t do last week.
I’m just waiting on an oxygen concentrator to arrive sometime next week, so that should help 😮💨🌺 🙂

Of course @Shaz51 ☺️🙌🏻
it’s a filter with a pump, that divides nitrogen from ambient air, resulting in a higher concentration of oxygen above the usual level that is in the air we breathe.
Oxygen concentrator
this is the wiki for how they work.
I will be using it to provide a higher concentration of oxygen instead of relying only on room air concentration, because I have heart and lung issues related to a bone marrow problem I have (same reason I have kidney disease and nerve damage) as the last little while I’ve had low oxygen according to the colour of my fingertips, lips, and feet, and the O2 monitor 🙂💜
