Not my friend's photo @Zoe7 but another snowing in London today instead.

Re: Far and Away

Dreaded triangle @Sans911 dum de dum de dum....

Re: Far and Away

It doesn't help @Zoe7 that I get occasional light headedness & fatigue from my liver problems, plus menopausal symptoms and now symptoms of fibromyalgia. Oh my, if it doesn't rain it pours. :face_with_rolling_eyes:

Re: Far and Away

It certainly does @Sans911 You can't catch a break Hon Smiley Sad You are strong though sweetheart - it is not going to be an easy road but having some answers will help. Bloody health gets in the way of life hey Smiley Sad

Re: Far and Away

Snow image is up - looks gorgeous @Sans911 I always intended to go back to the UK - my aim was to work there but 'life' got in the way of that. I still dream of going back but would not leave my fur babies ...even after it finally becomes safer to travel.

Re: Far and Away

I miss London too @Zoe7. A lot. My friends are still in the little flat I rented/shared between 2006—2012. It's past Greenwich. The tube only so far, then they have to get a bus.

But I like the less crowded spaces here. Great outdoors. I had good jobs in London, but terrible pay compared to home. And a much higher patient load. I don't miss that.

Re: Far and Away

That is a fair way out then @Sans911 I based myself near Russell Square. The hotel was pretty crappy but it was cheapish and I could leave my luggage there and only take what I needed to other places/countries. I got pretty used to it there - can still see the whole area. One of the bombs in 2005 went off just around the corner from the hotel - made it very real knowing exactly where it was Smiley Sad

Re: Far and Away

Tobes has taken himself off to bed in the bedroom @Sans911 and I need to follow him. It has been really lovely catching you tonight ...miss you when you are not here but wonderful to see you back a bit more lately. Love and hugs to you and Mr A 💖😺

Re: Far and Away

Goodnight hun @Zoe7. It's been a nice chat tonight.

Re: Far and Away

Sounds complicated and many layers @Faith-and-Hope and hard to clean up as you said, because it's all still coming out.

many layers to mine also. Eventually uncovered a homosexual affair and a whole heap of other disgusting stuff. No idea who this 'Christian' man was that I married.

and yes, certainly hard when kids are involved. I'd love for him to take a job on the other side of the country. 10+ more years of his continuing bs is hard to swallow. A constant reminder of what he destroyed. I started seeing a psychologist late last year to work through all this, but haven't even touched on any of it yet.
