it was interesting you sadi that @Former-Member

as 2 of my stepsons were diagnosed with ADHD when they were young , I still believe one of them still has it in adulthood

The specialist thinks my   hubby has adult ADHD ,

the thing is that if it goes undiagnosed for 50 years  it would be hard to test

Have dragged my kids up to the park today .... beautiful sunshine and 14deg at the moment ....

Two cats have made their way inside the cafe and nobody chases them out .... the kids are chasing them outside so they have found a sanctuary here ....

There's still snow on the mountain tops in the distance, but maybe not after today .... more snow expected on the weekend tho.

We are headed off to another country town where there are .... wait for it .... Roman ruins of a hot-springs spa .... nothing as impressive as the ones we found in the UK tho .... but there has been use of these hot springs for 4000 years ... they were mentioned historically by Aristotle.

There is an edit button at the top or bottom of the images on your iPad ... or should be .... there is one that looks like a frame .... click on that and you can use the functions it gives to reframe / resize the images ....
