You have had another full-on day even with turning up to your appointment this morning in the wrong week @Sans911 lol - you have to laugh at that or else you'd cry
So glad your support worker is helping you and that you have a number to call tomorrow - it is so hard negotiating the system - as you know I am still trying to do that - the waiting is frustrating
It sounds like your neighbour is quite annoying but you also sound like you are quite accommodating too - shows your caring and compassionate sides Hon
Are Jasper and Mr A snuggled up now that they have been fed? Cat and Toby are sound asleep and I won't be far behind them.

When the receptionist, whom I know very well now, asked if I really had an appt today as she couldn't find it, I told her that at Ieast I was efficient. We both laughed at that.
Mr A is fast asleep in his bed. He's a little huffy because I wouldn't let him out after his dinner as I sometimes do. It looked very much like rain. Jasper is on his blanket having a thorough wash. He's been a little sooky today bleating and following me around. He wouldn't come onto the bed until I did.
I read you got to the pool today and you enjoyed it. And got some other things done. It's really good to see you achieving these small and not so small goals now. You've made incredible progress this year @Zoe7

When I take my meds it's often with a small glass of milk. Mr A & Jasper are like two vultures. Mr A likes to dip his paw in, so now my bed has a spot of milk on it. Jasper can't have milk, so I just dip my finger in & he licks it off. If he could, he'd stick his whole head in the glass.
I think you might have dropped off to sleep sweetie. If you have, hope you get some rest

I do feel like I have made progress @Sans911 Getting back to work was one of my goals and despite that process being quite drawn out it will eventually happen. It is frustrating at the moment but I have done all I can do and I am trying very hard not to let it get to me
I think you turning up a week early for your appointment is quite amusing - at least you know for sure you have one next week - it was just you keeping them on their toes and double checking when the appointment was lol
Mr A and Jasper certainly seem like they have their own little personalities - where would we be without our fur babies!?
I am having a quiet day today - more rain expected here so an indoor day - maybe some painting, will watch some things I have recorded and lots of fur baby cuddles. Hope you can relax a bit today and don't have too much on.
