Hello @Sophia1
The only way of knowing whether a suggestion may be helpful is to offer it and see if it works for you.
This may work for you if you are using a computer word processor, such as "Microsoft Word" or "AppacheOpenOffice writer" which is the one that I use. If I have accidently deleted, even pages of work, I can most often recover the work by selecting "Edit" in the "Menu bar", top left of screen. In the "Edit" drop down menu, the first item in my word processor is "Undo". Clicking "Undo" may enable you to recover the work.
Best Wishes

Hello @Jacques @HenryX @TAB @Adge @Anastasia @Appleblossom
Good morning all very quickly as I pass by.
I am starting to feel half human after 2nd vaccination blech..
Thought that I would quickly leave a message yes I know...another one..
to let you know that I have every intention of replying...eventually...it seems..
Have optometrist appointment this morning which I have finally organised since being due in April..
I won't mention all of the others that are behind or just have not happened..
I looked at new notifications where you receive a number of latest replies since last logged in...on here
Well surprise, surprise...
Jacques it told me that you had replied to me yesterday as well as Henry..
Hello Henry I can see you there..
Jacques I cannot see you..
I hope that I have not offended you in taking so long to get back to you..
blame pfizer...
So perhaps I am not as close to half way human as I imagined...sigh..
I also started to add medicare app and then my gov app to mobile to register fully vaccinated..
Well you can imagine how I fared with that..
On the pile with the rest for later..
Will work with the old system for now...Take appointment card showing appointment dates for vaccinations and where..
So off to the shower even though my beautiful puddy tat does not want me to leave office as he is laying across mouse pad and half of my arm purring very loudly..
ps
Whilst I was trying to add digital identity I became frustrated (hmm) walked away and voice from mobile started talking to me...
so I replied that
My audiologist has advised me that in order to talk to me and have me hear you...you must be face to face with me in the same room..
My husband is also trying to advise me which hearing aids to try as in lowest price first...
he explained that I would not know which was best unless I tried them all.
I tried to explain that the whole reason for having a hearing test and audiology test is to determine which sound levels and tones need the most support in hearing...
This was meant to be a conversation face to face in the same room as advised by audiologist...He has to do 10 push ups every time this does not occur..
He did come and say goodbye face to face as smiling he went off to play one of his sports all day...
Shower time..
Will reply later
Oops this was the brief reply.
💛

have you tried the gel packs from the chemist @TAB
you either freeze them or soak them in boiling water for 10 -15 mins..
I used boiling water method mostly..
wrap in towel so do not burn skin
then place on sore area...tie something around it to keep in place you will work that part out.
just let cool down...try again later
best thing for pain after I had my major back operation..
moving yes..
not sitting
lying of floor on stomach when very bad or supported on side.
standing
I expect that you have heard it all before..
probably from me laugh..
stretch every hour at least..
good luck must get in shower now
speak later
smile if you can
I do even when sad a quick pick up for a spell..

Yes re back ... gently moving ... and flat on floor can be best.... hence my Gently Bently.
Ha ha re hubster needing to do 10 push ups if he forgets to talk to you face to face in the same room. I love that.
Things are improving here. My son met friends yesterday at a local kid's park. Inside I was quietly rejoicing, thinking ah well, 20 years ago I had fond imaginings of all the time he would play there with friends, but it seems friends are hard to get, and it has taken 20 years, but better late than never.
I am have enrolled in a course so will be busier and not checking in to the forum as often. It has happened quickly, should start next week. I felt fired up and passionate about many of the issues that will be studied, so we will see how it all goes. Lets just say when asked about any vulnerabilities, I said "Lived Experience", but it may also be an advantage and not just an impediment. It is one day per week, should become face to face, and local. Phew! Relief. I have travelled so much for study in past.
Tender Hugs Bella
