my hubby can`t stand crowds, people ,he has been sleeping all the time since christmas , we are on a break now, and been soo tired
Even I am tired, headaches ect, been watching lots of dvds
how is everyone today

I tend to agree with all the supportive posts .. dont let your anxiety feed your fear of relapse .. there are enough situational triggers to explain what happened.
TBH I had a "bomb thought" in the sanctuary singing carols .. when a fellow walked down the aisle .. because of reading the Melbourne news about the threats .. etc .. it contributed to a sense of walking on eggshells and my dummy spit ...
dont make yourself wrong .. when many of your fear responses are due to environment.
We all do have to manage fear and our responses to threat .. it is a normal and natural part of being a human animal.
