At the moment I am Feeling a little like your poem @Anastasia
Grateful for him.
Its been a very difficult month but it is the smallest "relapse" and we have come through it and are in a stronger place interpersonally than we have ever been in the past, so there is HOPE.
I also hope you are in good recovery from your operation @Bunniekins
@Sophia1 Bella how are you today?
Not sure if you ladies like Jordan Peterson but I have watched him trying to understand more of the predicaments young men face in these times.

The intro is a bit ranty but he goes on to discuss things meaningfully.

Slept in. Put load of wash on.
Eating carrot and babaganoush for lunch.
My son went out to meet friends, looking good, into the sunshine, gave me a kiss on the cheek.
Fingers crossed and prayers for the rest.
His new pdoc is questionable had not properly read his file before engaging, and heavy on depot, but that is public sector community mental health. Simply far too many shifts and changes and different individuals to meet, and none actually staying any distance, so of course they over rely on medication.
How are you?

Love the poem @Anastasia ❤
Makes me remember looking after all those children I care for daily from baby to school age and some kept coming until they were 15 and now seeing them have children of their own xxxx
And then to become a step mum of 4 with all different levels of mental illness
Ohh sending you lots of tender hugs @Appleblossom , @Emelia8 , @Bunniekins , @Sophia1

I have just written a very feel sorry for myself response on the other thread..
have found you all over here
@Anastasia @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @Bunniekins @Emelia8
all with our different circumstances on top of our own issues...all worn out carers..
still loving ...still caring
@Emelia8 I have not spoken to you for a while...have not known what to say... felt useless as far as offering you any support...know that you have much support and felt better to leave those with you who are supporting you so well..
I am also aware of how extremely difficult it is when the person you care for leaves...
you will always be their carer even after..
now you are your own carer which sadly is often the way as carers burn out..
I am glad that you found this place..
This is another sanctuary for me..

Yesterday was flat out, busy, appointments, social and physical, so I feel I deserved my sleep in.
Been in the garden.
Glad and feel lucky to have a garden. Means I can talk about nice things not just seriious mental health stuff. So serious, NOT catastrophising, that even on here it has taken a LONG time for people to get me.
Thanks @Shaz51
