How are you feeling? Are you in any pain? Do you have to take it easy...rest a lot? I hope you aren't out digging the weeds in the garden up yet 😄

I really value your message and care and love  The good news is my back has eased a bit finally. (Well, I hope it continues) The rest is still a struggle. Never mind, it's edging closer to November every day. 

You don't know of any devices that can strap a hot water bottle to your back so you can walk around like that, do you? 😄 (Joke)

I would really like to know how you're doing (if you feel up to writing it)...

Thank you for your message @NatureLover. I am in pain today. I was doing so well 😔 I guess the medications have worn off now. Been taking basic meds but just opened ones from hospital. 

No gardening here, I haven't really moved from bed as yet.

Haha I wish I knew of something. The weather here today was gorgeous so I'm hoping yours continues to improve too.

I'm sorry you're in pain 😥 @Anastasia  ... It sounds like you've got pain meds from the hospital that you've just taken? I hope they work well...

I wondered how mobile you would be...obviously not mobile yet. Please tell me, what can I wish specifically for your recovery? Apart from pain relief?
