Lockdown 4.0! I think we're experts now.

Anyway, I'm using this as a opportunity to catch up on all the work I need to do. So as much as I dislike Lockie-d's, I'm making the most of it. If it wasn't for Lockie-d, I think I'd be crying because I've got so much work to catch up on.

Self-care? I'm waking, sleeping and eating at my usual times just to keep some consistency.

Lockdown 4.0 - we should be experts by now, but for me, it still effects me mentality in a negative way.

Sorry today hasn't started off well for you. 

This morning, I'm still in bed, in my PJs watching the Sunday Footy Show - I'm getting a few giggles out of the panel.  This afternoon, I'll be cheering my team on who are playing in Sydney. I'll migrate to the couch to watch the game.
