So sorry to hear it @Appleblossom .....
Remember your breathing. Shallow breathing results from anxiety and worry. I know you already know, but when you catch yourself shallow-breathing, stop and take some long, slow, deep breaths because it will help to calm your thoughts and body, and the anxious feelings.
Make a list of what you can do, and another one of what you can't do ..... make the can-do your to-do, and the can't-do - literally "stick a pin in it" ...... pin it, tape it, magnet it to the fridge, something ..... and when your mind wanders to that list remind it that there's "a pin in it" and it's parked up for a time when the situation has changed and you can transfer an item or two from there to your can-do list, but now is not that time.
Float when you are too tired to swim ......
Have a day ..... it doesn't have to be a brilliant day, it just needs to be a day .......

Final uni assessment delayed by a week here 🥺 fortunate to get an extension on due date.
Emotionally drained here and focus = zero
Sooo tired
Need liken10% oa. On final assessment to pass subject and degree so my brain feels like it has has checked out. But I want to do so much better than that.
Ignoring it this week and better luck next week lol.
