Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Had an Aldi white hot chocolate @Anastasia, despite being nice still feeling quite unmotivated. 
Bumpy night and resulting lack of sleep is not helping.

Not ususally a fan of Aldi @Anastasia  but thier sachets coffee and chocolate drinks are nice. My mum converted me

What would be really nice on a day like today would be a big pot of pumpkin soup and nice hot and fresh pumpkin scones to go with it.

A few people from our church had a zoom-cuppa together this morning, so we had mochas and a treacle bikkie each.

I've got pumpkin in the fridge at the moment...hmmm, scones.... 🙂

Scones are one of those odd foods. A friend of mine strongly associates them with "snobby" high teas and unreasonable social expectations. I just think of big friendly bring-a-plate lunches and suppers, or visiting rellies and having them pull a batch out of the oven as an easy afternoon tea that fills everyone's bellies. 🙂

After a week of almost tropical weather (recon I can taste spring in the air)

Today is 10deg grey and drizzly.  We need the rain though so no complaints.
