So called 'alternative' depression options
Greetings. It is the second hour of the next year (2023) and I have just entered this community.
I am a 'newbe' and absolutely have no idea how to navigate myself around here.
I would like to get in touch with people who suffer from Depression and were privileged to undergo clinically monitored Ketamine treatment.
My local (rural? > only 200 km. from Sydney, but feels like a middle of the desert) Health System provides no advice or guidance. ... Long story many people can relate to.
I would like to get in touch with someone who experienced that therapy.
Or tried to.
As stated above - I have no idea how to navigate myself around here. Yet.
I was lucky to find this Forum.
How can I stay in touch with other participants?
Best wishes to all.
Hope to hear back from someone.
Sincerely, Yokai

Re: So called 'alternative' depression options
Hi and welcome, @yokai , it's good you've joined.
I don't know anything about the ketamine option myself, but just wanted to welcome you to the forums.
A handy forum tip is if you type @ and then click on a name in the drop-down box, that person will get a notification and won't miss your reply.
I hope you find the forums supportive...
Edited to add: You can type 'ketamine' or 'depression' into the Search bar above if you like...

Much appreciated.
I am going to look around for a few days. So to speak. To learn the etiquette and navigation.
I am excited to be here.
Many questions to ask
Sincerely, Yokai

Re: So called 'alternative' depression options
Welcome to the forums. Is it just ketamine in particular that you are considering as an alternative treatment option?

Various electrical forces go against our head and depress us.
It also creates the sub, con, suss.
Your not alone.
Be well
