I’ve had Depression and ADHD officially for 20 years.  Diagnosed in my 30s.   I’m currently a mum, raising my 14yo autistic son in a shared care arrangement with my ex.

I’ve joined this forum to get some lived with insight into a unique position I find myself in.  

so that’s it for now.  I’ll be lurking about and reading up - and maybe share my troubles soon.
