Hi @Jupiter i was completely open with my GP and have another appointment tomorrow to increase meds and get psych referral. Having trouble getting going today, can't seem to pull myself together enough to even get out the door.
I know I haven't been here much recently but I do appreciate the kind words and thoughts sent to me. I recently spent 4 days in hospital and today feel very tired and flat and don't feel like doing absolutely anything. I have been sleeping off and on with lots of weird dreams. Last night I dreamt of my mother- that I took a road trip with her and I haven't spoken to her for over 2 years.
