@Fluttershy1 Louise L Hay wrote You Can Heal Your Life - it is a wonderful book. If you haven't seen it try to find it ...I think you would get a lot out of it.

At the time of my reply I had read some of your posts throughout the day/night that you had been discharged from hospital. I was concerned and thought you might like someone to check in on you to have some additional supports around you for the night.

Do @Fluttershy1 She has a wonderful take on the world and although a lot of what she writes is hard to recognise or accept in ourselves there is great merit in what she writes.
