Who is in charge of delegating those titles Community guides, Community elders and Moderators and Community managers please @Shaz51. Is it something earned by number of contributions or years of membership or something else?

Love that you made carrot cake.  I have not baked in a long while as we did not have an oven and then the family went off sweets.

The mods and managers are paid employees of SF.

Guides are people who are happy and volunteered for the role.  Elders are those looking to share and help and who have been around for a few years.  

The New, Casual and Senior contributor are just on the number of posts.  After a while it does not matter too much.  Many people act and post from a range of feelings and positions.

@Shaz51 Thanks so much for that explanation, now I am not so confused. The
carrot cake is half eaten I put the other half in the freezer for a rainy
day. We have had many Koels calling today, they often do that when it is
going to rain we have found, but the bird books don't say that. Anyway, I
should be in bed way past my bedtime and I have to get up early, so thanks
again.
