Yes @Birdofparadise8 . Hence I was bringing it to both your attention and @bartart23 - particularly as emails may not be the best form of communication for them.
Hope that's okay.

Even when I have said I am safe I still get emails
yes I know it's duty of care
If I said I am feeling suicidal does that count? As unsafe

I think it would be more if you're in immediate danger to yourself and if you're in harm's way @bartart23. I've been suicidal a lot on here, but then I'm safe so it's okay.
Right @tyme

Sometimes I don't mean to panic people or mean to say hurt or suicidal thoughts or whatever it sometimes comes out wrong or sounds unsafe @Birdofparadise8

Hey @bartart23 ,
Like @Birdofparadise8 said, having suicidal thoughts doesn't mean you are not safe.
Due to my BPD, I have persistent suicidal thoughts. However, will I act on them? No. Am I safe? Yes.
Hence, it's not an issue.
You are unsafe when you know you are going to act on those thoughts. That is when we need to contact emergency services.
I hope that is clearer @bartart23
