I only stopped the meds because I don't need them to fix or help me why should I make everyone happy just to get them?

The feeling of just thinking about it makes me feel happy and alive

I wonder how are you mentally now since stopping your medication? 

Are things worse or better? 

Obviously it's your choice to take them or not and no one should force you to, but I'm just curious to know about the difference you see.

@Birdofparadise8 I didn't drop off presents. 

I will probably spend the day alone because nobody understands why I should be so sad.

I'm used to having to deal with things alone, no one really cares about me and my feelings so I'm better off being alone and letting everyone else have a good day.

Having MH issues is just an excuse for bad behaviour or so my last boss told me.

Has your mum settled  in ok? Mum is doing well to be 94 and just moved to care. Hearing can be a challege and communication much easier face to face.
