Re: Not Coping

Hey, @Birdofparadise8 Yeah I'm in Melbourne but I have my balcony door open and it's pretty cool. It depends on your location and the building has a lot to do with it I have learned. RiverSeal

Re: Not Coping

300 to 400mm of rain over a two-day period is a lot of rain for low lying areas @Birdofparadise8 , @RiverSeal

but I will not be in that area

king tide means a higher tide of water then usual

Re: Not Coping

Very much so @RiverSeal

I'm roasting in my room.

I hope you're not going while the cyclone is in QLD.

Re: Not Coping

I'm heading up to Far North Qld next Saturday to stay with my parents for Christmas and New Year but the cyclone will probably have crossed over onto land by then. My parents are pretty safe where they are and it will just be windy and rainy by the looks of things @Shaz51. RiverSeal

Re: Not Coping

That's lucky, then @Shaz51

When do you think it will start to develop?

Re: Not Coping

Yeah, it's weird huh @Shaz51 but I was just saying to @Birdofparadise8 that it depends on your location and the building as to how hot or cold it gets. I have my balcony door open and it's pretty cool atm sorry to say. My building is very well-insulated and I don't notice huge temperature changes so much. RiverSeal

Re: Not Coping

Good morning @Birdofparadise8

A bike ride will be nice, how is the weather there?

I'm well, I have washed bed sheets and clothes in two loads today theyare out in the sunshine, we're expecting a top of 21 today. Think I'll go for a walk later. How are you?

Re: Not Coping

yes our town usually just get surrounded by water but we dont getting flooded which is good @RiverSeal

this Wednesday is when it is suppose to hit the coast

Re: Not Coping

I have a window, and it only opens a few centimetres so it's hard to get any air into my room to cool it down @RiverSeal
