Weight lift and my cardio is my bike ride which I'm doing tomorrow. I did 60kg on the incline leg press its like a squat. I was just happy I could lift more than my aunt, haha.
I'm trying to build up my biceps and triceps with a Zotoman curl and triceps thing behind your head.
Then the hip thing. And a few other things. RDL @Blackbird11
