I am glad you are going a bit better than earlier @outlander. I am assuming you will have the kids a bit since they are on school holidays now.
I am going ok. Just been a rough couple of weeks. I think I closed down from eveything and everyone. I know I have been quiet on here, I just didn't want to annoy anyone with my problems, but not reaching out for help made things worse for me. I feel I am coming out the other side though. The flashbacks have finally started to calm down too which is good.
We haven't been up to much this week of the holidays mainly because of me. I will try and get out more this week with the kids.

I still have flashbacks but they are nowhere near as regular as they once were @Snowie - the nightmares have lessened also - the meds are definitely helping at night but it has taken time ...a lot of time and I get how hard it is to wait for that time to pass.
Yes I have done a lot today - the day didn't start off well ...waking with a headache and the wind blowing but both eased as the day went on (pain meds helped with the headache).
I always feel better when the grass is mowed and the floor vacuumed - one out of two for today I will take though. It is nice looking out the kitchen window and seeing the grass low and the flowers in the garden blooming. Tomorrow I am planning on going to Bunnings - going to take Toby with me - and get some more plants - only a few though as I still need to be really careful with my money ...did my taxes today and will have a debt to repay - bloody income protection not taking enough tax out - arghh!
