Feeling lost and depressed

The weather is nice here, it’s sunny. 
warm but it can get a little hot

That's a good selection to be listening to and I love Sam Smith too. They are doing great things for the gender diverse community and I love their song Unholy with Kim Petras who I love to listen to also.

It's raining a lot where I am atm and there is flooding but I am safe and dry in an apartment building.

I don’t really have any plans for today at this point of time, not sure what I’m going to do, I feel like I’m a mess and a burden.

I know when I have felt like this that keeping occupied and using distraction can be helpful. Music is a great distraction but it might be helpful to go out and do something. Do you have parks close by at all that you could go and sit in the shade and listen to nature? Something I learned in lockdowns and it worked wonders for me @Fluttershy1

tonight has been hard, my anxiety is through the roof, I’m scared to drive, life is just throwing obstacles at me. It isn’t fair. 
I feel like it’s just getting worse. I’m feeling like a burden.
