I can totally relate @Bill16 when I was abused at 8 I was locked in a room every day, I hate the feeling of being trapped that is why I cant work I'm scared of being forced into a room I can't get out of. Have you spoken to anyone about this? Keep trying to go out the more you isolate the worse the paranoia will get

We had home grown lettuce, snowpea, green beans with tomatoes and rissoles for lunch so leftovers for dinner. My 3 boys are making themselves some ramen noodle mixes up.
