I get that and yeah it can be disheartening, but creativity doesn't just go away, it changes depending on the time in your life. 

You know hospitals, community centres and this support worker organisations, they're always looking for craft supplies for their programs if you ever thought about donating it

Took me hours I just knew he was under the bed ! 

I bent down and he flew out right in front of me. I stick my finger out and he stood on my finger so I put him back in the cage. 

Unbelievable. 

They have some new toys so both of them are sitting on the exact opposite side of the cage so they are annoying ....🤠

Rubbish sleep. 90mins at time all night. thighs bit sore, wondered why. think it was going down stairs at carpark yest yes, down, not up lol and new level of unfit ha , ok was 6 stories but yeah. when worked in office in 20s I would run up 4 stories multiple times a day once I got used to it lol

just got up again here. seems warm already, but 33 no biggie late summer , sun low, house cooled down overnight.

might go to shops soon, that will be my day. no walk after stairs debacle yest lol

think tv and snacks today. ate too much yest, ok bowl of porridge, 3 banh mi's and some cold rolls lol. I so wanted hot chips and a cream bun when at hosp shop where got rolls and 1 banh mi from, woman sort of approving I didnt get anything bad. sick of being an alien, need to lose alot lol

and paid for it w gut discomfort. will be glad when weight meds out of system, Guess I tried.

hey @Meowmy  yes a fair bit better, thanks. did washing and hung it out. lid on washing machine broke, ha. still got 3mths warranty, they have to fix... think shops shortly then hide from heat . still bit erky lol
