I lit the fire just now, ok couple small logs for the hell of it @greenpea 15 deg but feels cooler. got long sleeve top on feet are chilly, need to put some clothes on. got 40s for couple days near end of week tho lol

got drs appt this morning. with intern . lol .I was cheeky with them last time, asked them how much they got paid. they said they didnt know lol. they were very thorough even if they have very little experience lol. took forever tho as had to wait for actual Dr to go over what they had done, including asking me questions

@TABs hope it all goes well for you cat.  will be thinking of you.  not easy getting older is it seems like one thing after the other that goes wrong.  oh dentist went well no filling needed she just put on a glaze to cut down the sensitivity 🙂

oh, am using up super expensive weight meds  @greenpea  think 1 wk left then stop again and have to do loss myself. it messes w gut, should be better after stop it again My fault cos went off it, then back on at last dose was on as still had script lol , supposed to taper on and off der

@TABhas the expensive weight loss worked?  i have gone down one size with shakes is a long slow process.... glaze is a coating to stop the sensitivity of loss of enamel. it works.  eldest says he read an article about a researcher from japan who argues that it is good to fast.  he says the process of fasting destroys the dementia 'cells" it attacks them so to speak.  maybe i will cut down on food intake ....

2 sizes here would cover it @greenpea  thats a hell of a lot in mens sizes. okay thats in underwear and shirts. jeans prob 3-4 sizes
