Hello @StuF hoping today at work goes well for you. I got to get my Brotherhood Books that I liked online sometime soon. Trying not to spend money. I ended up buying a pallet of Dash sparkling water the other day so will hold back financially.

Found a free audio that reverses ageing. One 70 year old was claiming they were looking 50 on it as well as other person in their 50's being asked what skincare moisturizer they use by people a lot younger. I am feeling more chipper after a few loops allready. Noticed I was feeling my age lately and decided to do something about it.
