@Glisten Thats something that needs to be openly discussed just like postpartum depression. Any hormonal changes can be very ungrounding. I imagine its just like any other kind of trigger that can bring on a MI episode. I had never heard of mental illness being linked to menopause but now it makes sense. At least I am more aware now of this topic. Thankyou for educating me. Just grateful it did not happen to me. I would hate to think how many women this affects and the silence and stigma surrounding it as women age and the generational discrimination associated with it

Hot here too @SmilingGecko - actually cooled down to 21 degrees now. But that's as low as it's going and it's 86% humidity. Inside house still warm. Back into the 30s tomorrow. I guess summer was due to turn up

@TAB It was only 30 today. I guess I am just getting used to warmer weather. Tomorrow and Friday will be cooler. I cleaned out my aircon filter the other day. It had dust on it since I last used it over winter.
Today got a fair amount done around the kitchen but meds slow me down still. Recyclable bin contents were chockers.
Learned some new energy practices to stay grounded this month. It will be a lot of flighty energy according to a healer I saw on the internet who can sense trends through sacred sight. I guess I just do the practices to move through the turbulence that is in the world nowadays.
