LOL @Sophia1 I love your 'essays' 😁 My birthday is usually just another day. I get so much pressure from my family to 'do something' and usually give in just to placate them ...often knowing what will generally happen so I would much rather not do anything. It is also such a busy time of year and it just adds more stress on top of the already present stress ...so it is hard.

I think you know how hard it is to come back after having some time away.

That feeling of treading gingerly with people even though not necessarily needed.That is people in general of course.

The feeling from within oneself.
