its still too much sometimes @Shaz51  dr gave me something stronger first time, GP wouldnt do it, but guess he hadnt seen radiologists report when he said that

cartiledge is torn, he just said knee pain on sick cert

just completed centerlink application, not overconfident re waiting period, at least its done now.

Knee no better. wish could just fast forward a couple days here, at this stage first time hurt it was pain free mostly in around couple days time oh Idk  need another dr's appt, see if they will budge on pain meds, this is all a bit silly. .whinge moan ..lol

@TAB I had teeth pain last year.  It was so bad I could not sleep.  I used this pain audio and the pain went in a few listens with headphones. You are also advised to drink water while listening.  Well it worked and the tooth pain stopped and I could drift off to sleep and stay sleep until I could get my dental problems properly sorted
