Im still waiting till shopping next week to buy the ingredients for our latest excellent lasagne from our one and only @Spirit_Healer , so I thought I’d share a quick view on what’s on the menu today.. 

lamb shanks with herb rub and onion, veggies and rice. 

 Here’s the herb rub (despite it looking like it was made in a different room of the house, I promise it’s all kitchen ingredients! Haha 🤭🙌🏻)

and here are the shanks about to go in the oven..

 I’ll try to remember to take another pic when it’s finished later on today 🙂🌺

@Former-Member , do you find avocado turns a bitter taste when cooked?

oh - good question… I haven’t actually found the chicken sausage rolls to have a bitterness in them from the avo.. maybe because of the added salt? I grind the salt into the avocado when I’m mashing it, before I drop it onto the other ingredients. 
I might experiment with cooking avocado to see what happens. 
do you find it goes bitter when you cook it? 🙂🌺

Avo ALWAYS goes bitter for me when I cook it. Hence I only have it fresh @Former-Member .
