Re: this is unbeliewvasbly confusding

Hi scout, I am new to the forums too and it takes a bit of figuring out. Everyone is lovely though so doesn't matter if it takes you a while to get the hang of it and your posts don't end up where you want them, there will be people who guide and support you every step of the way

Re: this is unbeliewvasbly confusding

thanks for the support. i dont do social media at all and am very isolated. I havent spken to anyone in weeks

i have been victimised by the delivery guy for australia post and cant even get mail. havent had mail or packages for a year.

the commonwealth ombudsman has zero understanding of my condition and they think i should just allow this guy to deliver packages even after he threatened and abused me and withheld mail for months.

had to remove my letterbox to stop him tresspassing and ombudmans office thinks its fine to allow him back to do his job.

The isolation and loniness is getting to me and i am struugling to hold it in.

not your proplem but i hve zero people to talk to this about.

Australia Post wouldnt even listen to me until i told them i had a disability... then suddenly the specialist care team exists.

I cant even get fines in the post and noone cares.

Ombudmans office expects me to pay for my packages twice. Once normally and then again to have someone collect, or pay for a postbox. After all of this i cant even walk up to the post office without wanting to vomit

I need somone to help me use social media to get this out there.. i have some pretty telling videos and emails of the victimisation i have received.

@scout1572 Hey welcome to the forums. I'm one of the moderators here, glad to have you on board. Sounds like you're still finding your way around things; we have a tips & tricks guide here that might be a helpful read! You may also want to take a look at our Guidelines if you haven't already. Something to be mindful of, especially in regards to talking about our online presence and social media, is that the forums are strictly anonymous and do not allow anyone to share details of their identity - this includes sharing social media profiles and any other personal details.

I'm sorry to hear you have been having such trouble with AusPost, sounds like a nightmare! I can imagine it has been weighing on you heavily so it's good you have decided to reach out for some support. I'm sure many members here can provide you with a listening ear. As for helping you to use social media - it might help us to know a bit more about what sort of assistance you are looking for. Hope this helps, let us know if you have any questions.
