Aww I'm so so sorry to hear two of your beautiful cats have passed away, it is so hard, we love our pets so much Baxter must miss them so so much, gosh 10 years old, he has had a long life. I hope he beings you happyness, I understand not letting him out unsupervised. Sorry for me misunderstanding.

Just passing by briefly leaving a carefully wrapped hello for all so as not to disturb your spaces...

My anxiety is high again and my husband cannot cope with it tells me off for speaking to him that way..

I try to explain that is anxiety and that I have explained before..

I am not aware.

His health is not good..He is underplaying it as a way of coping.

My anxiety around it is provoking him..

He forgets that I also have anxiety around my older son....my sister and mum...my own issues....his family  as well!

So we are avoiding one another which does not help anxiety.....

anxiety provoking in my book.

I ring helplines and talk it out with them..

I have noticed that I tend to support others not myself...

I'm sorry your anxiety is high and it causes conflict. I have similar issues. My bf gets cross with me at times because of my behaviour from the anxiety 😔

I cry a lot of silent tears. I think you might too?
