rough time

Re: rough time

Sounds sensible @outlander Often docs might include a calming med to take at night to help with sleep, even though it has other functions.

Re: rough time

Good night @Appleblossom😴😴😴 I hope you have a pleasant rest

Re: rough time

Lol @Sans911 i guess emojis will have to do for now. Im glad your day was ok too. Big day for you though-are you tired? Do you have plans for tomorrow?

@Appleblossom they wont give me anything with sedative effects not even prn meds. Its rather frustrating but i cant force them to prescribe them. Will just have to make so without and keep trying other things for sleep.

Re: rough time

Thanks @Sans911

@outlander There will be a reason. its better to sleep without meds. I am getting sleepy and that is such a good thing. Sleep was a  real pest for ages.

Re: rough time

Not tired @outlander

Not much on tommorrow. I pick up my meds twice a week at the local hospital pharmacy tomorrow and Thursdays. So I'm also seeing the head occupational therapist in the afternoon about one of my volunteer groups. I'm hoping she will let me come and talk to the mh patients at morning tea soon and get my organisation promoted for the patient's benefit, especially if they are discharged home. It really helps them with getting out, socialising and connecting with others.
