Like the others I hope you come through this appointment better.
If you have not been completely open maybe there are things you need to say. That written, I have found it very diffcult to say certain things out loud to a person that had troubled me greatly for years. It was not being dishonest, but it was the way I was wired. Communicate the depth of your concerns, but it may not mean you have to put all your plans on hold.
It is a very complex world we live in. It has some advantages, but the complexity is part of the problem.
