So Ive been in hospital for nearly 2 weeks, I got home today with the recommendation to plan a longer admission to have ECT.

I feel paralyzed by my moods and thoughts. Maybe this will help. It did last time. I need to find something inside me to hold on til then.

Thanks for the update, @The-red-centaur ... Have you had ECT before? I really hope you can find some spark in yourself to hold onto...In the meantime we can be holding a spark for you 🙂 I am sending wishes that the ECT makes a difference and you can find some hope. Sending virtual hugs...
