Am Not Coping

I have to leave the house to find alone time, self-care, brain space ...... going and sitting in a cafe somewhere, or walking in a park, or going for a drive in the car and staying out for a while ...... hours sometimes ...... because home can be so full of chaos and disorder, sometimes physically like now. My mr. has emptied packing boxes everywhere, just when I had the house tidied up and feeling a bit peaceful.

We will get it sorted, but tonight I have gone out by myself ..... shopping (watch battery change) this afternoon and I just haven’t gone back home.

Mr has a tracker on my phone, so he can look it up and see where I am ..... nobody has called me to come home, so I haven’t.
