@Former-MemberI will knit the perfect scarf as a good bye present for Dr G (this one can be mine with all its flaws kind of suits gp lol).
My eldest suggested me knitting jumpers and socks!! I was like whoa! let's just get the basics covered I would like to knit him a scarf for his birthday too.

@catgirl, my goof day was indeed full of odd little blunders and backtracks, but nonetheless a good and super active day, by my standards. Hope you have enjoyed your relaxation and the company of Tuxedo (that's what I'm calling your lovely feline).
@Bunniekins, your scarf looks good. I can't believe you did it in about 24 hours! You do seem to have outstripped all beginner expectations! I think you are wise to stick to scarves just for now, though at the rate you are going, you will be onto more complex knitting in no time. Look forward to your next craft production.
@eth, I wonder what you did with your support worker today. Hope it was enjoyable.
@Faith-and-Hope, what are bug hugs? Hope your day was okay, or better, though I know things are not so great on the whole.
@Shaz51, not so great either with the breaking up of your sleep, scottish sister. Do you think it is anxiety that is happening for you? Perhaps you could mention it to your doctor at the next visit?
Hope everyone gets some restful sleep tonight.

I started knitting again when in hospital one time..had to be shown how to again..
I knitted an extremely lon very colourful skinny scarf for husband..friends said it looked like a dr who scarf..we both love it..
I knitted another one with some mohair wool again very long..
will probably do more in autumn winter..
husband wanted woollen socks too..I just laughed..I have since found some hand knitted pairs with heels and bought him two pairs..like a little boy with a new toy..
you can always say to husband ..that would be a good project for him..

@Former-Member Ahaha! It was my son who lives in Europe which is probably why he suggested it lol. There is no way ever I could knit socks.... I have to get a scarf looking perfect before I even attempt anything else which means I will end up with stacks of 'thneeds' (Dr Suess 'The Lorax').
Hope everyone is doing oakish today. The weather here has been fantastic. Cool but sunny wishing for some rain though ... have my mum coming up for a visit which is good because I am going to tackle the doctor to get a new referral to a psychiatrist. A good one. Honestly at the moment I just want a good psychiatrist who intends on staying put and not leaving.
What does everyone else have on today. @eth @Mazarita@catgirl@Former-Member@outlander I am hoping I find you well.
Ps: this is @Former-Member who has just joined and is looking at finding some like minded people.

@TAB hi tabby kat let's talk on here (got a talking to by NikNik re talking on keeping to the subject matter lol) if it is okay for Mazarita and everyone else. I don't want to be pushy by inviting lots of people over. I am worried about you tabby kat.... take the plunge and go for it while you can. You know you can do it.
