Re: A long rave

@catgirl You have reminded me about something. One night I woke up and opened my eyes and there were tiny dots in front of my eyes all around the room. With swirls as well. It lasted minutes. Everytime I would open my eyes again sure enough they were there so it is interesting what your doctor said. My doc said it was one of those weird dream typ states where you here voices music etc just before you wake up or go to sleep. Hoever I think it was an hallucination myself because it lasted so long and I was wide awake so yes maybe bipolar.

Re: A long rave

@Bunniekins ..thanks for sharing your experience with me...i will mention my eye issue it to my current phsyc next week

Re: A long rave

Sounds like you did have a big day today @catgirl

Glad to hear that your eyes are okay...hopefully the light flashes and dots start settling down, it's good that you were on top of getting them checked.-- yes because I used to have mingraine everyday from flashes of light

Re: A long rave

@catgirl that sounds like a pretty successful shopping trip, minus the diet ginger beer considering you had blurred vision! You must have a pretty good memory of where everything is. Hopefully limiting screen time tonight will ease the bluriness. Hope you have a restful night 🙂

Re: A long rave

I was getting a rain-spot effect across my vision at one stage from stress ..... it would close in until I couldn’t see, and I would have to lie down for half an hour or so until it passed. I was told it was a form of migraine. It still happens on occasion, but far less frequently since I a) learned to deal with the source of the stress b) learned relaxation techniques to help destress.

Re: A long rave

I forgot about the sensitivity to light @catgirl. Yes that's a problem.
At least you only messed up with the diet ginger beer.

Re: A long rave

I found resting in a dark room with a cool washer helped , if i took Paracetamol early it helped but if I talk it too late i would have to go to the hospital to get a needle to stop the being sick
