I went into the next town over and visited the Chemist and the big grocery store there @outlander, I took the dogs for a short torch walk and I think I saw Sirius the Wolf Star while I was at it 🙂 and I watched another episode of Brian Cox and a Star Trek movie 🙂 🙂 Now I'm heading off to lay my body down. Good night Outlander, sleep well and peace be with you

My arm is more sore @outlander - but I don't think it is too much of pain as what your tummy would experience. Apparently being sore is normal. Just going to make tennis and PT interesting.
Ohhhh....let us know how you go with those bullies. Stay strong and hope things will be ok for you. We are here if you need us as always. And even though my arm may be hurting I will let you squeeze it need be....

Well when you do get the opportunity to deal with it then know we are here @outlander whether it is for you to rant or to celebrate.
It should be fine as my PT will just work on my legs etc. and avoid my arms. He is good that way. But my youngest brother said that apparently constantly moving it helps alot with the soreness....weird concept but am trying that.
